Getting to know a Royal Python!

Yesterday had a great afternoon out at Bashall Eaves Barn, near Clitheroe & then Backridge Farm, near Waddington in the picturesque Ribble Valley in Lancashire! The North-West Reptile Club were there creating awareness regarding the wonderful world of lizards, snakes and other reptiles; in the new Profile Photo you see a rather frisky Python on its way to exploring my neck & Adams Apple-it was a day overdue in eating, so I was hoping it wasn't looking for a quick snack! Today they are at Backridge again, this time they are going to have 6 ft Iguanas for you Iguana lovers!
